dgStaff Applicant Tracking and Staffing System

dgStaff is a rule based applicant tracking and staffing system designed to meet the demanding requirements of businesses with many jobs to fill and many potential candidates. dgStaff supports the entire staffing process, from planning new positions, to signing up new employees.

dgStaff is based on several principals. The first is that your appicant tracking and staffing system should inforce and track the rules, policies and agreements that ensure that all job candidates are treated equitably.

The second is that both internal and external candidates should be handled as a part of the same staffing process.

The third is that the history of your staffing relationship with applicants is valuable in both reducing redundant work and in allowing you to establish ongoing relationships with candidates.

The fourth is that applicants who are interested in working for you may not show up when a job matching their interests is available. A personalized listener should alert them as jobs show up.

The fifth is that there are two distinct user communities for an applicant tracking and staffing system: the staffing professionals and the applicants (internal and external) themselves. The user interfaces should be optimized for those communities.
