dgStaff User Interfaces

There are two different audiences for an applicant tracking and staffing system - applicants and staffing professionals. dgStaff offers different user interfaces for these audiences.

For applicants dgStaff provides a web based interface designed to be customized to match the style of your corporate web site. Your dgStaff powered web site provides applicants with the ability to search for jobs using keywords and geographic criteria. Once a job of interest has been identified, an applicant may apply by filling out a job-specific questionnaire and competency list. Unqualified applicants are immediately notified.

dgStaff will also capture a generalized job application including work experience, education, and competencies. In addition, applicants may cut and paste their own resumes.

Finally, applicants may create Listeners to listen for upcoming jobs that meet their criteria.

For its professional users, dgStaff provides an extremely powerful interface for managing job requisitions, appicants, and all staffing activities. In contrast to a pure web based interface that may be cumbersome when large volumes of data are being worked on, the dgStaff professional interface is structured more like a client-server application with powerful functionality running on the staffer's desktop. The interface is installed through the web so there is no significant support overhead.
