Implementation Case 3

May 2001 - A global telecommunications company (GTC) with more than 50,000 employees had implemented a new web based applicant tracking system provided by an asp. The system was failing because the asp could not handle the volume of candidates and jobs, and its software could not support the complex staffing rules that GTC required.

dgStaff was implemented to replace the asp. As a part of the implementation, dgStaff developed interfaces to the commercial job board that GTC is using as well as to GTC's personnel system - Peoplesoft. The dgStaff implementation was brought up over a weekend and has had no downtime since then.
