digital garden software was incorporated in 1996 to develop web based business software. Our premiere product is dgStaff, a complete applicant tracking and staffing system.

Bob Dever, Bill Page, and Doug Way, the founders of digitalgarden.com, have an extensive HR systems background. Bill and Doug have been building Human Resource Information Systems since the mid-70's. As technical managers at AT&T, they helped create the Bell System Personnel Data Base of over a million employees. Bob was an independent systems analysis and design consultant who focused exclusively on staffing applications within the telecommunications industry for the eight years prior to 1996. Our other staff members are experienced Java programmers and database experts with an average of 15 years of experience.

We are located in Hillsborough, a small New Jersey community just north of Princeton, and yes, we do have a small garden in our office.
